Lord Alan Sugar joins speaker line-up at Cityscape Global 2023

Lord Sugar will speak alongside over 250 CEOs and experts uncovering the future of real estate at Cityscape Global 2023.

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia -10th August 2023: World leading real-estate event, Cityscape Global 2023, has added Lord Sugar to its diverse line-up of speakers across a packed four-day programme.

Lord Sugar, billionarie investor, host of prime-time BBC television show The Apprentice and owner of investment company AMSPROP, will speak at the NEOM Future of Living Summit at Cityscape Global this year.

Taking place in Riyadh on 10-13 September, Cityscape Global will offer a unique platform for companies from across the globe to showcase flagship projects and explore new avenues of growth in the dynamic Middle Eastern market. It will present the latest thinking in design, architecture, masterplanning and sustainability, and provide a forum to shape future development and construction techniques.

The NEOM Future of Living Summit will headline the event. Visitors to the summit will gain exclusive insights into the cities, homes and commercial districts of tomorrow, direct from the people responsible for creating them. Alongside showcases of NEOM’s own pipeline of transformational, next generation developments, such as THE LINE, Trojena, Oxagon and Sindalah, themes will include smart cities, sustainability, urban planning, digital transformation, and the ideas that are shaping a new future balancing business, people and planet.

Other global visionaries and thought-leaders headlining the summit include Anna Konif Jerlmyr, former Mayor of Stockholm and Board Member of AGV invest; Stephen Yarwood, Urban Futurist and the former Lord Mayor of Adelaide; Lord Gavin Barwell, former British Minister of State for Housing and Planning, and Former Chief of Staff to the British Prime Minister; Ger Baron, Chief Technology Officer, City of Amsterdam; Jeremy M. The Design and Architecture stage will offer a 360? view of the aesthetic and architectural trends inspiring the future of building and community design. Architects, interior designers, model makers and engineers Chapman Taylor, Perkins Eastman, Weston Williamson+Partners, Gensler, Godwin Austen Johnson will will connect and showcase their work over a 4-day programme, hosted in the Architecture and Design zone.

Antony Slumbers, a global leader in the PropTech space, will share his expertise with the PropTech stage. This stage will showcase the technological innovations transforming the real estate space, including big data, machine learning and Sci-Fi smart homes, and explore the role of AI and blockchain in the future of proptech.

It will also explore how proptech can influence hot industry topics including sustainability and affordable housing.

Another key programme Cityscape WIRE (Women In Real Estate) will unite and fuel professional women to thrive in the real estate industry, with its inspirational programme spanning numerous stages. Highlights will include over 30 inspirational speakers, a Women in Smart Cities panel and various career masterclasses.

Groundbreaking sustainability solutions will be showcased at the Cityscape Innovation Challenge on day three. Challenge finalists will demonstrate their pioneering solutions to save water, reduce waste and create a more sustainable future for the Saudi Arabia, with the winners being announced on the Main Stage at the end of the day.

Institutional investors from across the world will be attending an exclusive closed-door summit, The Real Estate Institutional Investor Forum (RIIF).
